How to Order a Farm Box

Farm Box ABC’s:

What: Now you may order a produce farm box directly from Otter Orchard, to be pre-packed with fruits and veggies based on your likes and dislikes. Each week, orders will be filled based on that week’s produce availability.

How: Fill out the order form (available in the office, or download HERE) letting us know your preferences. After completion, you may e-mail the form to otterorchard@yahoo.com.  Alternatively, you may bring the form to the Otter Orchard box in the office.

When: Order forms must be received by 2:45 pm on the Monday before Wednesday’s Otter Orchard.

Cost: Each order costs $20 and will contain a variety of fruits and veggies. When ordering via e-mail, you may pay for your order at pickup, or drop your check in the box in the office. When ordering via the box in the office, please attach your check, payable to “Montclair Enrichment Fund”, to your order form when you place it in the box.

Farm Box Discounts: If you place a standing weekly order, you will receive a 10% discount and pay $18 for your box each week. If you place a standing every other week order, you will receive a 5% discount and pay $19 for your box every other week. Teachers and Montclair Elementary staff receive a 15% discount on all farm box orders and pay $17 for the box.

Pickup: You may pick up your orders between 1pm and 3pm at the Otter Orchard table located in front of AT on Wednesday. After 3pm, your order will be clearly marked with your name and placed next door to AT in the Teacher’s Lounge. You will be able to pick it up until 6pm on Wednesday. You will need to leave your check prior to Wednesday in the box in the office, or, if necessary, you may leave it there the day after you pick it up.
